6- Guavas are rich in fiber and are low in calories on top of that. They are the perfect snack for those aiming to lose weight. It will satisfy your hunger and give you all the nutrients you need.
7- Guavas are probably the richest fruit ever in vitamin C. It is even four times richer in vitamin C than oranges which are usually sought for this vitamin. It can help with cold and prevent scurvy caused by vitamin C deficiency.
