The importance of breakfast is stressed frequently by all sorts of people, but is it really that important? The argument for breakfast importance states that those who skip breakfast tend to consume much more food to compensate for the lost meal. This leads individuals in a rush to catch a bus or something to grab something sweet like a donut or sweet cereal for breakfast rather than skipping the meal.
